Nose:    Starts quite fruity with lots of yellow fruit of kumquats, papaya, and mango. Followed with oily pot still characteristics of unmalted barley. Traces of sandalwood and beeswaxed furniture in the background.

Taste:    Rounded and creamy with lots of maltiness and roasted almonds. Creme caramel, some acacia honey, and custard powder. Vanilla. Later on, hints of dried apricots and figs. Cinnamon. Gingerbread and a touch of toasted oak as well.

Finish:   Medium long. Nutmeg. A little clove. Liquorice at the end.
