    Nose:    Toffee apple with crisp citrus and custard, with time a subtle floral oak reveals itself.

    Taste:    Fruity malt and rich plum pudding, with developing apple crumble and red berries.

    Finish:    Viscous and desert driven, with a crescendo old tawny oak​.
