Glenlivet 25 Year Old The Sample Room Collection

At the heart of The Glenlivet is the Sample Room, their creative epicentre. A place of continuous improvement and creation, this is where Glenlivet’s makers spend their time crafting, testing and refining their whisky until they achieve the finest balance. The Sample Room Collection includes an 18 Year Old, a 21 Year Old and a 25 Year Old Single Malt.
The 25 Years Old expression has been finished in first-fill Pedro Ximenez Sherry and Tronçais oak Cognac casks.

    Nose:    Chocolate ganache, plum jam and Manuka honey give way to fresh lemon zest, toasted cinnamon and orange blossom.

    Taste:    Flavours of sweet fig and blood orange are complemented by warming ginger, toasted oak and a hint of charred pineapple.

    Finish:    Long and sweet with gentle spice notes.
