GlenAllachie 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is a landmark bottling, the heart of GlenAllachie’s range and considered the most important release in the history of The GlenAllachie Distillers Company. Master Distiller Billy Walker selected the best casks for this release, matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso and virgin oak casks.

    Nose:   Layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, with notes of mocha lingering in the background.

    Taste:    Bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damsons, followed by lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates.

    Finish:    Medium long, spicy wood, sweet.
